Through two age-based steps, we guide the next generation through fitness foundations, from playful movement to strength-based skills, all in a safe, supervised and supportive environment. Our goal? To help every child fall in love with movement for life.

Fitness circuits and team challenges
Focus on technique, control and gym familiarity

Held in The Zone and Gym Floor

FAQs
Is Mighty Movers open to non-members? Yes, Mighty Movers is open to everyone. No gym membership required.
Can my child do a trial before committing? Yes! We offer a one-off paid trial class so your child can experience the program before purchasing a 10-pack.
How do I book? Bookings are made via Reception or through the iClass Pro App. Payment and booking is required to secure your child(s) spot.
Do I need to stay during my child’s class? Yes, a parent or guardian must remain onsite for the duration of the session. You’re welcome to relax in our café area, or if you're a Mako’s member, feel free to fit in a workout while your child is in class!
What if my child needs me during class? We know some children may need a bit of extra support to get started. Our team will work with you to help your child feel secure, supported and ready to participate — even if that means you’re close by in the class.
What should my child wear or bring? Comfortable activewear, runners, towel, and a water bottle.
How many sessions can I book, and how far in advance? To keep it fair for all families, you can book one session per week per child. Bookings open 1 week in advance, and spots fill quickly — early booking is recommended!
Who runs the classes? All sessions are supervised and delivered by our qualified and experienced coaches in a safe and structured environment.
What happens if we miss a class? We understand things come up! To avoid being charged and to give another child the opportunity to attend, please let us know at least 1 hour in advance.
